Cancellation policy

At Travel Ball Depot, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and the procedures for both buyers and sellers. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

Buyers may request to cancel an order prior to the item being shipped. Cancellations after shipping are not permitted unless the item is eligible for return per our Return Policy.

  • Requesting a Cancellation: To cancel an order before it has shipped, buyers must contact Travel Ball Depot support at support@travelballdepot.com as soon as possible with the order details.
  • Approval of Cancellation: Cancellations are subject to the seller's confirmation. If the seller has already shipped the item, the cancellation request will be denied, and the order will proceed.
  • Refunds on Cancellations: Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on the bank’s processing times.

2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Sellers may need to cancel orders in specific situations, such as:

  • Item Out of Stock or Unavailable: If the seller cannot fulfill the order due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, they should promptly initiate a cancellation.
  • Buyer Notification: Sellers must notify the buyer and Travel Ball Depot of the cancellation reason.
  • Automatic Refund: In cases where the seller initiates a cancellation, the buyer will be refunded in full.

Sellers who frequently cancel orders without valid reasons may face penalties, including account suspension.

3. Cancellations Due to Policy Violations

Travel Ball Depot reserves the right to cancel orders if they violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Listings that misrepresent the item’s condition, authenticity, or details.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity associated with the transaction.
  • Breaches of our Prohibited Items policy.

In these cases, the buyer will receive a full refund, and the seller may face penalties or account suspension.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Buyers who no longer want an item after it has shipped should refer to the Return Policy for information on eligible returns.

5. Dispute Resolution for Cancellations

If a cancellation request is disputed or if there are issues with the refund, Travel Ball Depot may mediate. Any decisions made by Travel Ball Depot in these disputes are final.
